Goal Setting – Part 1

What are your goals for health and wellness? Have you ever set goals to get healthier? What were your objectives? We have to create a plan, make a road map, or write down where we want to go and what we want to achieve. So, to help you get started, I want you to think of just 3 things you want to accomplish. It can be anything from making a small change in your eating habits to making changes in your workout routine. Once you list three things you want to accomplish, then start listing ways to incorporate these changes. For example, if you’re making any changes in your eating habits, then you could put down ways to add fruits and vegetables, ways to practice mindful eating habits, or ways to monitor your portions. We will practice and go through some useful exercises to help you get started. We can do this!!!!!
